The new division will undertake projects that are expected to include production of major motion pictures, music and artist representation. 

"We formed this new division in response to several opportunities with which we have recently been presented including the possibility of engaging in ventures with groups that produces and markets popular recording artists and movies geared to the lucrative urban youth market.
