industry, announced today the launch of its entertainment division.
The new division will undertake projects that are expected to
include production of major motion pictures, music and artist
representation.

was launched that enabled Media buyers and sellers to take
and place high volume orders of media time and space. The
Advertising Industry and eCommerce Recording its 18th consecutive
quarter of growth in the U.S., the Internet advertising
industry surpassed the $2 billion mark in the 2nd quarter
of 2000. eCommerce is projected to rise from $21.8 billion
in 1997 to $1.234 trillion in 2002 (INPUT). |
These figures are due to better security in eCommerce systems,
the instant nature of Internet transactions, and the rise in non-U.S.
users. Further, the Internet is impacting traditional services
by creating a global marketplace. IDC estimates that by 2001,
nearly half of all web users will come from outside of the U.S.

HISTORICAL BUSINESS INFORMATION: The Company

company. Port Industries, Inc. commenced bankruptcy proceedings

Corporation. On December 4, 1998, AJA Merchant Banking Corporation
changed its name to Image Photo Systems, Inc. In Sept. 1999, Image
Photo Systems, Inc. changed its name to e-bidd.com, Inc. On June
28, 2000 the name was changed from e-bidd.com, Inc., to xraymedia.com

On December 3, 2001 the Company reported that they
